Engineered Stone
Engineered stone is the latest trend as an alternative to natural stone such as granite and marble. Engineered stone is more popular to clients than granite or marble, as there is a wide selection of colours, oposed to natural stone
Widely used due to it's Scratch resistant, non-porous, waterproof, mould and mildew resistant surface make it an ideal surface for your kitchen or bathroom area.
Classico quartz surfaces (from Caesarstone) offer numerous advantages over other types of surface materials. Quartz being one of natures strongest and most abundant minerals, has a hardness of seven on the Mohs scale (this measures the hardness of a mineral); a diamond is the hardest at ten. Classico surfaces offer four times the flexural strength and double the impact resistance of granite.
