You will have to do some work for Yourself. First, take take everything out from under Your kitchen sink. Wash everything very well with some sort of good cleaning solution, including the items You put back under there in case food or something they like has been spilled on them. Then using "Raid" Ant killer in a spray container - spray around where the pipes come up out of the floor or wall. Then put everything back in the cabinet. Spray along the floor line all the way around this area, including near Your refrig.
In the case of Your shelves, take everything out. Wash the shelves. Clean the bottles and other items. Put everything back in. Next, spray the bottoms of any door casings that may be in Your kitchen area, and also any window casings. Spray anywhere else that may be a point of ingress for ants. Then do downstairs (if You have a room under Your kitchen). Look for the pipes going up to Your sink. Spray this area if the pipes are exposed. Then trace the pipes to wherever they connect to other machinery. Spray if necessary. If You have a drop-down ceiling, move a few panels near Your problem area. Get up in there and spray that area too. If any pipes go out through Your basement foundation - spray there as well. Next go outside and see if You can find where the ants are getting in. Spray.
If Your house has no foundation that You can get into, then You'll have to hire a professional exterminator to come and spray Your foundation. If You have any small cracks or holes in Your house's foundation or the siding of the house - fill them. A hardware store can help You there. The end result of all of this is that You must keep Your house cleaner than You have been doing. Spray floor areas from time to time, and make sure You wash Your floors more often. The problem will then go away. Just don't get sloopy again, or they'll come back. Good luck.
