The menu comprises typical Americana specialties like freshly hand-breaded onion rings, milkshakes, cheese nachos and barbecued chicken wings, but it is its legendary burgers that have gained the cafe such a wide fan base.
We recommend the sizeable legendary 10oz burger a juicy beef patty, topped with salty turkey bacon strips, melted slices of Cheddar cheese, a crisply-fried tangy onion ring, crunchy lettuce, ripe slivers of tomato and sharp pickles, all sandwiched between toasted buns. Alternatively, if you do not mind a spicy kick to your meal, order legendary percik burger, a juicy beef patty basted with fiery spices and topped with refreshing cucumber slices and sweet and piquant fried onion straws.
Besides the kitchens excellent repertoire of hearty western food, expect the usual desserts to cap off your meal. The restaurants thick and creamy milkshakes go brilliantly with its burgers, however if you are looking for a more traditional, thoroughly mid-west way to end your meal, we recommend fresh apple cobbler. Topped with crunchy, salty walnuts and a ribbon of intense caramel sauce, the crisp, sweet apple slices in the buttery pie crust are further infused with flavour with the addition of a frosty scoop of milky vanilla ice cream on the side.
