Kitchen Cabinets technical specifications
ClicBox cabinets are manufactured using 18mm thick board with an 8mm solid back. Front edges have a hardwearing 1mm thick PVC finish. The solid top and bottom are interchangeable.
They are pre drilled for hinges (100mm from top and bottom of cabinet) and can accommodate left and right hand opening doors.
Interior shelves are also 18mm thick and can be have 3 position options.
Available in 3 finishes, White, Ivory (Trends Beige) and Lissa Oak.
Matching Self Adhesive Vinly, or end panels can be applied to cabinet ends if required.
Base Units - 720mm high (870mm high inc legs)
Suggested door height 715mm.
Supplied with adjustable legs, and 1 adjustable shelf.
All base units have a 49mm service duct at the rear for pipes/cables etc. Internal depth 513mm, 720mm high base units can be fitted with 715mm high doors or a 570mm high door and a 140mm high drawer front.
Base units are suitable for use as a drawer unit - simply remove the shelf and install drawer boxes (supplied separately).
Popular drawer front combinations are:
- 4 x 175mm high
- 3 x 140mm high + 1 x 283mm high
- 1 x 140mm high + 2 x 283mm high
- 2 x 355mm high
Double base units (units 800mm wide and above) can be used as wide drawer packs.
928 L Shape Corner Base Unit can be fi=ed with 2 qty 715mm x 338mm doors
Base units can be used as a built under oven housing. Order a 115 x 596mm drawer front for fi%ng below the oven.
Wall Units - 720mm high
Suggested door height 715mm.
Supplied with 2 adjustable shelves. Bridging units are supplied without shelves Wall units have a 18mm service duct at the rear for pipes/cables etc.
Wall units are 330mm deep. Internal Depth 304mm
Angled Corner wall units can be fi=ed with a 715 x 396mm wide door.
628 L Shape Corner Wall Unit can be fi=ed with 2 qty 715mm x 278mm doors.
Tall Units - 1970mm high (2120mm high inc legs)
These units are multi purpose, and can be used as pull-out, larder or appliance/oven housing. Please order shelf packs separately if required.
Tall cabinets are supplied without shelves, these should be ordered separately.
Shelf packs comprise of 2 fixed and 2 adjustable shelves
Can be fitted with a 1245mm high door + 715mm door.
When being used as an appliance/oven housing, the back panel may need to be cut down to suit your specific requirements.
Oven housings fitted with a 900mm high double oven can be fi=ed with a 570x 596mm bo=om door plus a 490 x 596 top door.
Oven housings fetted with a 600mm high single oven can be fi=ed with a 570 x 596 bo=om door plus a 785 x 596 high top door.
Integrated fridge freezers can be installed into a tall cabinet, however we suggest that you do not order the doors until you have measured the size of your specific appliance doors as these can vary from one appliance to another.
It may be necessary to alter the position of the cabinet shelves to suit your specific requirements and mount hinge backplates to suit the sizes of your specific doors.
When fitting integrated appliances please refer to the manufacturers instructions.
