"Five Star Rating" From a Company That Knows and Has Been in the Building Business for Over Thirty Years
As a long time custom home builder, this is the first time I have ever purchased building material other than hardware via the internet. When I encountered Kitchen Resource Direct, I was skeptical. How would this play out with too many things that could go wrong such as; the quality sight unseen, the delivery and just about everything that usually goes wrong with an order of this nature. But what attracted me was the pricing and the many testimonials of satisfied customers. I decided to take a chance. I sent my order in for two complete kitchens plus a complete study of bookcases / cabinets and a full set of master bedroom closet drawers and cabinets. Not a small order by any means. The cabinets arrived on time, and I was amazed by the quality and accuracy of the specialized directives that accompanied this order. The price compared to other cabinet companies cannot even come close for this quality.
The location of this job is in Montana, far off the beaten path. This was no obstacle, but there was an accident that destroyed a number of the cabinets. Normally this would be a major problem with most companies. Not so with Kitchen Resource Direct the manager called me before the shipment arrived and informed me that there was this problem and already they were making new cabinets to replace the ones that were involved in this accident. This really impressed me because; accidents happen, but it is the way a company reacts to the situation that is important especially involving professional builders on a tight schedule. The personalized service of Kitchen Resource Direct gets a "Five Star Rating" from a company that knows and has been in the building business for over thirty years. Durable Finish on the Beautiful Cabinets
I just went to my kitchen cabinets (Hawthorne Antique Maple White) and was disappointed to see that a small bottle of green food coloring had spilled and splattered on the inside and door of the cabinets. I was concerned that such a deep stain (my fingers are still green!) wouldn't clean off the cabinets. It cleaned up without a trace with a wet papertowel!!! Our customer service rep was awesome...he went above and beyond for us. The packaging of some of the materials was sketchy...but almost everything arrived undamaged. The delivery company wasn't great...but that isn't the fault of your company. Love, Love, Love the Cabinets
Love, love, love the cabinets and noone can tell they're not custom. My only problem was when I received my Kingsbury cabinets nearly everone had divets in them. Within 5 Days We Had All Cabinets Up
We cannot be happier with the cabinets. We absolutely love them and how it all turned out. We still have to get our new countertops installed, but we just finished this week getting all the cabinets in place. My cabinets are beautiful. I really never thought I would be able to get away with a completely new, up to date kitchen for about $12,000. But with your help I have gorgeous cabinets in my brand new kitchen. I got a $40,000 kitchen for $4000
Kitchen Resource Direct did great! The price was much less than retail built and the quality was superior to most. We looked for months and got numerous price estimates before choosing Kitchen Resource Direct. [KRD Designer's Name] did a fabulous design, the sizes were perfect, construction took some time but was easy once you got the hang of it (it took 3 cabinets to get the hang of it). I miss ordered a few pieces of filler and crown short and got them fast to complete the install. I was one cabinet short when delivered and your error was reconciled quickly and delivery was fast. I have completely redone kitchens before and I got a $40,000 kitchen for $4000, +$2400 for stone counters/sink and faucet, and +$2400 hardwood floor. - Bruce H
Absolutely LOVE my cabinets!
A-ONE, TOP QUALITY CABINETRY! I absolutely LOVE my cabinets! Measured a thousand times then ordered! Was scared to death since I designed it all myself but in the end everything was perfect! We put together our own crown molding and light rail. Also made little boxed for the cubby by the dishwasher. You will also notice in the third pic that we mixed the two color tones upper/lower. Really looks nice. When I did need assistance on missing items, you guys were right on it! The only disappointing thing is that I want a plate rack rather than a wine rack in the (3rd photo). I havent been able to find one to match they way it should. Any idea if you will get one in? Thanks so much for being there and saving us a bundle! - Shannon J

Can't Say Enough About The Quality of These Cabinets
I purchase quite a few items on the internet so when I found KRD, the website looked great and had nice photos of the different cabinet choices. The prices were half that of the big box stores so I ordered a sample. They shipped a door sample out right away and it looked great!
The fast turnaround time, the free shipping and the door to door delivery really sealed the deal for me. I live in Texas but flew to DC to completely remodel my mothers rental home. My family and the contractor thought I was crazy to take such a risk. I have to admit that I was just a bit aftraid that I would let everyone down. [Designer's Name] of KRD really helped alleviate all of my fears and he was there to answer all of my questions and help me with the design process. The cabinets came in right on time and they walked the boxes of fully assembled cabinets right into the kitchen. It was awesome!
When the contractor saw the cabinets he was really surprised that the quality was so good and that I had measured perfectly. I can't say enough about the quality of these cabinets. They are sturdy and beautiful. I was shocked to find out that they had the soft close drawers at no extra cost. What a bonus! My mother really did not want me to change the cabinets because she liked the 40 year old worn out cabinets. She sure changed her mind when she saw the finished product. She absolutely loved them too.

Ended Up Costing about $5000.00 Less
I can't tell you how pleased we are with our new kitchen. The remarks I get from friends and visitors are unbelievable. The cabinets I ordered came in on schedule and 100% accurate. My installer was very pleased with the quality and all the doors and slides work perfectly.
Prior to choosing KRD I got quotes and design ideas from several Box stores. I tweaked the designs and went searching the internet. I found what I was looking for at KRD and using you to help rework my design, I came up with a magnificent solution. The price for the cabinetry ended up costing about $5000.00 less than the least expensive Box store price. Needless to say, I am quite satisfied both with the quality of the cabinetry and your service.
I recently bought this home and totally replaced the kitchen, windows, heating system and redid a bathroom. Needless to say, cost was a major issue. The money I saved with KRD paid for my kitchen appliances and a portion of the heating system. Thanks for a job well done. - Carl M.

Extremely Responsive
I am extremely pleased with my new cabinets from KRD. The quality of the assembled cabinets is excellent (even my contractor who did the installation remarked on the quality). The value was also great - not only did KRD have the best prices for cabinets of this quality, but their free in-home shipping offered additional value - not just in cost savings, but also in convenience.
When researching online cabinet vendors, my primary concern in making such a major purchase online was, what kind of customer service/support could I expect? I found KRD to be extremely responsive before, during and after the sale. [KRD Rep's Name] was always accessible and helpful by phone and email, and put to rest any initial concerns I may have had. Here's an example: There was initially a problem with the delivery, caused by the local delivery company, not KRD (the local carrier had loaded the wrong order on their truck). Even though the glitch was not KRD's doing, [KRD Rep's Name] handled the arrangements with the local carrier (so I didn't have to!), and my order was delivered, complete and intact, within two hours. And he followed up afterward to make sure I was happy.

Money We Saved
After getting bids for replacing our kitchen cabinets, my wife and I looked online to see what might be available. We came across KRD that had already assembled well-built cabinets. Installing cabinets isnt difficult if you can run a drill and use a level. We still will have contractor install granite countertops, but with the money we saved with KRD, the counters can be a better quality as well. Our furniture and style runs towards Arts and Crafts and the Quarter sawn oak we werent seeing anywhere else. In addition to a great price and well-built cabinets, the shipping was free meaning more money saved.
