Rated 4.0 out of 5.0Â by Dan55 Be careful of install... This microwave is rather impressive. It has all the features you would expect of a modern over the range. I would not classify it as the most powerful microwave, but our biggest purchase criteria focused on the narrow depth. The microwave performs quite well, and is incredibly quiet when running.My biggest gripe was with the the installation instructions, specifically the templates. I followed the directions precisely for using the templates, and my back bracket ended up too high, such that the microwave could not tilt into place without hitting the bottom of the cabinet. The top template also ended up with the mounting holes being severely mis-aligned. They missed by almost 1 full inch. Do yourself a favor, and rely on your own measurements for distances needed for the mounting hardware/holes.Installation issues aside, this microwave is quite impressive from both a function and style perspective. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0Â by Retired JUNK ! This came installed in our new Motorhome. Keypad was hard to push to start, and eventually stopped responding totally. Worse, it has a habit of starting up on its own in the middle of the night ! Wake up to this thing beeping and running at 3:00 am ! Motorhome mfg. wants to replace with same unit but my research shows all sorts of complaints about Frigidare products, including very poor customer service. January 30, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0Â by GW999 Over the range hood/microwave/convection Has everything it needs and looks sleek. Easy to install (although very heavy). I did the top exhaust and it works great.Only negative is the microwave power is not very high. My slightly smaller 8 year old Sharp would boil a cup of water in 55 seconds, this needs 1 minute 30 seconds, but probably due to the extra oven volume. The convection works great and the exterior of the over only gets warm (my worry was that it would get very hot, but not so). I can live with waiting a little longer .... I'll just write reviews while I wait .... March 4, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0Â by Browns Replaced Twice The unit arrive DOA. Mainly did not work and would randomly turn on. It was replaced and after three months the same thing happened. The service network has not replaced the button panel and board and it seems to be working. We were told this is a known problem but units were not recalled or corrected before selling. Very poor quality assurance and poor way to sell a unit. Horrible for a customer to have to deal with this known problem when it could have been corrected. My guess is it is related to supply chains and accounting practices. April 30, 2014
