OUR POLICY
Pictures of products may look different on different monitors withdifferent settings and provided for initial references only. We cannot guarantee that what you see on your screen will look exactly as an actual product. To be completely satisfied and confident in what you are placing order for, you may order a sample or visit our showroom. We credit your sample cost (exclude shipping) back to you when you order your kitchen to us.
Hardwood flooring, stock cabinets, stainless steel sinks, range hoods and many other natural products are available in different grades. Buyer assumes the full responsibility in that he/she understands the product characteristics, grades and quality differences while shopping with us. Products cannot be refused after placing order just based on reason that on the customer's opinion products are not as good as customer expected them to be. Returns of such products would fall under our regular Return policy terms and conditions.
We guarantee prices for all completed orders. Order is complete whenpayment is processed regardless whether this product was actually delivered. Should customer cancel the order after payment was processed then all normal Return Policy rules including restocking charges and other fees apply.
Special order items are final at the time of purchase and cannot be cancelled neither can be returned.
All returns to be authorized by us prior to return shipment. For authorization please contact us at (734) 405-2420
Returns must be claimed within 7 days and received by us within 30 days from date of purchase.
All items returned in original, unopened packaging will incur a 25% restocking fee upon return receipt.
All items returned in original, opened packaging will incur a 35% restocking fee upon return receipt.
The customer is responsible for setting up all return shipments.
Any returned product, which is deemed un-sellable, will not receive credit.
When the returned item(s) are received, the value of the returned items minus applicable restocking fees and shipping fees will be credited back as soon as our Returns Department has completed processing (usually within 2 weeks). If the original shipment received free shipping the credit will be issued minus the actual shipping charges paid by us.
We will not process any returns if the product returned is missing or incomplete from the original shipment.
We cannot accept returns on any pieces of trim (this includes all types of molding, toe kick, and plywood panels).
All of the products are under Manufacturer's warranty. If any claimsrelated to quality of the product arise, we will have Manufacturer's representative to inspect the product and provide the customer and us with copies of their conclusion. If product confirmed to be defective or not to meet its specifications, then we will replace the product with full accordance of Manufacturer's warranty. Under no circumstances we can provide any coverage beyond warranties provided by Manufacturer.
